HTIA Urges Congressional Judiciary Committees to Adopt Agenda Restoring AIA’s Intent

The High Tech Inventors Alliance sent letters to the leaders of the House and Senate Judiciary Subcommittees on Intellectual Property, urging them to adopt an agenda that restores the legislative intent of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (“AIA”). The Alliance emphasized the need for long-overdue improvements to patent quality and improve the efficiency of the U.S. patent system by reducing unnecessary litigation.
