HTIA Urges Congress to Abandon PERA

Today, the High Tech Inventors Alliance sent a joint letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee, urging the committee to abandon the fundamentally harmful Patent Eligibility Restoration Act. The current proposal would upend centuries of established law and cause serious harm to the U.S. innovation economy by allowing patenting of much of daily life. Read the full letter here.
