On March 8, 2019, HTIA asked the USPTO to offer suggestions on the 2019 Revised Patent Subject Matter Eligibility Guidance and Examining Computer-Implemented Functional Claim Limitations for Compliance With 35 U.S.C. 112, in order for it to better represent effective patent policy.
